The Ontonagon County Courthouse, also a National Historic Landmark, was built in 1884 and is the second-oldest county courthouse in Michigan. Levi Snow Memorial is a sculpture in the shape of a snowshoe that was created by artist Timothy Lotz and is dedicated to the pioneer snowshoer.
