Still Pond is a town located in Worcester County, Massachusetts, United States. As of the 2010 census, the town has a population of 2,545.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 10.5 square miles (27.5 km²), all of it land.

The town is bordered by Leicester to the southeast, Shrewsbury to the south, Lawrence to the southwest, and Westminster to the northwest. The nearest state capital is Boston, Massachusetts, which is approximately away.

The nearest city is Worcester, which is approximately away. The town's climate is humid continental, with cool winters and hot summers. The monthly daily average temperature ranges from in January to in July.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2,629 people, 1,043 households, and 793 families residing in the town. The population density was 109.2 people per square mile (42.2/km²). There were 1,191 housing units at an average density of 45.7 per square mile (17.6/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 96.52% White, 0.24% African American, 0.68% Native American, 0.24% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.68% from other races, and 1.48% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.10% of the population.

There were 1,043 households out of which 36.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.9% were married couples living together, 11.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.5% were non-families. 21.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
