Olivet, Missouri, is a small town located in northeast Pulaski County, Missouri, United States. It is located in the Ozarks, about 20 miles northeast of Springfield. As of the 2010 census, the population was 269.

Olivet is located at (38.849704, −92.683492) at an elevation of 4,158 feet (1,268 meters).

The town is located at the junction of Missouri routes J and U. The two roads run east and west, crossing each other in the center of town. Missouri Route A passes through the south of Olivet.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of , all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 327 people, 129 households, and 102 families residing in the town. The population density was 833.2 people per square mile (329.5/km²). There were 153 housing units at an average density of 370.6 per square mile (142.5/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 98.77% White and 1.23% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.23% of the population.

There were 129 households out of which 36.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.8% were married couples living together, 7.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.5% were non-families. 22.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.59 and the average family size was 3.06.

In the town, the population was spread out with 27.8% under the age of 18, 7.4% from 18 to 24, 28.5% from 25 to 44, 23.2% from 45 to 64, and 12.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females, there were 100.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 107.5 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $41,250, and the median income for a family was $45,417. Males had a median income of $31,875 versus $23,750 for females. The per capita income for the town was $15,028. About 10.9% of families and 12.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including 20.5% of those under age 18 and none of those age 65 or over.
