Keansburg is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 5,905, reflecting an increase of 592 (+5.8%) from the 5,548 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 1,045 (+12.0%) from the 5,295 counted in the 1990 Census. Portions of the borough are in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Keansburg is located on the North Fork Raritan River and is bordered by Clifton to the southwest, Weehawken to the west, North Bergen to the north and Guttenberg to the east.
