Glenns Ferry is a historic city located in Benton County, Washington, United States. The population was 2,242 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Benton County.

The Glenns Ferry Historic District, which comprises much of the central business district of the city, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. It is also part of the Benton–Douglas County Historic District.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of , all of it land.

The city is located southeast of Seattle in the fertile Fraser Valley. The Columbia River, Glenns Ferry's namesake, forms the eastern border of the city. To the west is the Walla Walla National Forest and to the north is the Blue Mountains.

Glenns Ferry lies in the northern part of Washington, on the west bank of the Columbia River opposite the city of Walla Walla. Benton County comprises the area east of the river, including the city of Glenns Ferry. The western part of the county, including Walla Walla, is in the southern part of Washington.

At the 2010 census, there were 2,242 people in Glenns Ferry, of which 77.9% were white, 20.5% were Native American, and 0.5% were Asian. Other races made up 2.8% of the population. The census recorded 86.2% of the population as Hispanic or Latino.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2,163 people, 861 households, and 621 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,404.5 people per square mile (553.5/km²). There were 913 housing units at an average density of 518.8 per square mile (199.5/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 84.75% White, 0.87% African American, 0.25% Native American, 6.15% Asian, 0.17% Pacific Islander, 1.30% from other races, and 3.71% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 5.92% of the population.

There were 861 households out of which 34.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.5% were married couples living together, 8.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.5% were non-families. 20.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.72 and the average family size was 3.13.
