Cedar Glen, located in Wythe County, Virginia, is a city in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. With a population of just over 11,000 people, Cedar Glen is the sixth-most-populous city in Wythe County and the 113th-most-populous city in Virginia.

Cedar Glen is located in the northwestern corner of Wythe County at the southeastern border of Page County. The city is bordered to the north by the city of Harrisonburg and to the east by the unincorporated community of Burnsville. The city has a total area of , of which is land and is water.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Cedar Glen has a total area of , of which , or 0.81%, is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 10,836 people, 3,754 households, and 2,870 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,417.3 people per square mile (545.9/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 57.12% White, 39.27% African American, 0.29% Native American, 0.54% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 0.48% from other races, and 1.93% from two or more races.
